At Delicii De Lux, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our cakes and cookies are handcrafted with care, using fresh ingredients, and are made to order.

❌ No Refunds for Perishable Goods

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable goods such as cakes and cookies are exempt from the right to cancel, return or request a refund, unless the product is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

If this is the case, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue. If we determine that the error was on our part, we will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

âś… Order Cancellations

  • Orders for cookies and pastries can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
  • Orders for birthday cakes must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, due to the time and resources required for preparation.

After these timeframes, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund as your order will already be in progress or completed.
