Welcome to Delicii De Lux. By placing an order through our website or social platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All our products are made to order, and fpayment deposit is required at checkout to confirm your order.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including delivery address, contact details, and order specifications.

2. Product Information

  • Due to the handmade nature of our cakes and cookies, some variations in design or decoration may occur.
  • We use fresh ingredients and do our best to avoid allergens. However, all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Birthday cakes are hand-delivered, and the delivery fee is calculated based on the UBER price per mile on the day of delivery.
  • Cookies and pastries are delivered via UBER, with the price also based on the rate at the time of dispatch.
  • The final delivery cost will be calculated after checkout, once the full delivery address is provided, and will be communicated to the customer.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services (e.g. UBER).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders for cookies/pastries may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.
  • Orders for cakes must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, customers must report the issue within 24 hours, including photos and a description.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for being available at the time of delivery. Missed deliveries may incur additional charges for redelivery.
  • Please ensure correct storage of items once delivered. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.

6. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled securely and will only be used to process your order and communicate with you regarding our products and services. We do not share your information with third parties, except for necessary delivery partners.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
